Immediately after “Rock-Cola 2001”, not even two weeks passed, White Night Blues found themselves on “Rock Apounachy” for the second time. This is not surprising, because that acquaintance with Anisa was an admission to all major rock festivals in Vitebsk region.
The new line-up of the band - drummer Alexei Polovchenya and session bassist Valery Padukov, having played the first two performances at "Big Maneuvers" and at "Rock-Cola", for the festival could not go to Vitebsk. That's why we had to invite the very first bassist of White Night Blues, Alexey Cherny (who, by the way, played on “Rock Apounachy-2000”). At that time, cooperation with Alexei was not interrupted - he knew the old repertoire well and analyzed the new material. And the vacancy for a drummer was open until the last day.
The drummer was unexpectedly found in Vitebsk itself upon the arrival of the participants to the festival. He was an experienced musician from Orsha who impromptu joined WNB. As the years have passed, there is a strong feeling that this impromptu was arranged by none other than Anisa. In addition, six years after "Rock Apounachy" it turned out that the incognito drummer was once the teacher of Pavel Filatov, a native of Orsha, who briefly joined the White Night Blues in 2007 (the festival "Blues lives in Minsk" (Minsk) and several other events).
The group "Vokzal. The established connections with the leadership of the local cultural sphere, with the management of the festival "Slavyanski Bazaar" allowed Vitebsk rock musicians to hold their rock session every year. Kovalevsky and the company, as always, dealt with organizational issues (equipment, transport, sound and much more). Anisa was responsible for the selection of participants and, in fact, the very presentation of them to the public.
