Usually, the annual biker season opened near the western borders of our Motherland. It rolled  from there in various directions, either deafeningly thundering with torn-off mufflers in Brest, or frightening respectable citizens with the night rattle of electric guitars in Mozyr, or turning into an alternative holiday of the city in Nesvizh with a striptease at night fireworks, and so on further, and so on - Logoisk, Lida, Pinsk...

But the honorary right to open the season in 2007 still belonged to the glorious city of Grodno.

The sun during the day at the end of April already warms well, but at night it can be quite cold. Namely, after midnight, the White Night Blues had to play on the thirtieth of April. However, with the availability of special frost-resistant products of a certain consistency, and with the warm support of the public, who appreciated this very consistency, natural processes come to full balance, and the performance goes like clockwork.

      On that remarkable journey at the very end of April went bassist Zverenev, drummer Zhenyenko, also playing keyboard Zhenyenko the duties of a guitarist-vocalist, and part-time songwriter and leader of the group, a certain Yu. Nesterenko.

     Everyone knows that predicting even the very near future is unrealistic. The guys could not even think that they were playing in their, one might say, classic line-up for the last time - before this memorable trip  having held out together for the last four years, recording wonderful albums, and performing at the first international festivals.  

     Very soon, Sergei Matskevich will temporarily be in St. Petersburg, and will remain there ... forever. Zhenya Zverev will leave for permanent residence in distant Kazakhstan and return five years later with a beautiful wife. And Zhenya Danilenko will go on a short-term cultural voyage to Turkey, which will drag on for more than one year, receiving its continuation in the United Arab Emirates, and God knows where else.

     Каким-то чудом все музыканты окажутся в Могилёвском  Дворце области на десятилетии White Night Blues in November 2010, and will take the stage to play a repertoire well known to them and the audience. Only Zhenya Zverev will not be able to come from the Kazakh steppes and foothills, but he will send just a crazy video greeting!

     In the meantime, it would seem, just another cool performance at the byfest. And all the will from above.
